A blend of genres which promises to be rather enjoyable, Borderlands combines the first person shooter and RPG more fully than I’ve seen in any other game.
With slightly cartoony graphics and plenty of humor (dark and otherwise), it seems to have a quality of fun which will be a welcome relief from the overly-serious-artificially-epic style of other recent titles.
Oh, and it has lots of big guns and explosions, which is good.

Reminds me a lot of what Huxley was supposed to be like, except Huxley’s release date has been delayed soooo many times. Looks amusing indeed.
